Happy Monday! Did you guys miss me? I know it was just a week, but sometimes weeks feel like an eternity! Hopefully while I was gone, you guys were able to catch up on any blog posts you missed or just old blog posts or listened to a few of my podcast episodes as well.

I’m not only back, but…it’s October! I truly think September wasn’t feeling it and decided to just rush on by because it went by quick in my opinion. Does anyone else feel that way? It’s a new month so you know what that means…a new update! I’m just going to go right ahead and recap on what my goals were for September and tell you guys what I got accomplished.
Check the list out below:

Keep a consistent morning routine going. This was kind of half accomplished. I did get a morning routine created, and I have gotten a lot of things going pretty consistently in that morning routine, however, not everything or all the time. I’m still counting it because I pretty did accomplish this, I just need to work on getting EVERYTHING done on my list and getting through it consistently on a daily basis. Every day is different though, so I know some days I won’t be able to do that which is perfectly fine.
1 gallon of water every day. If you want me to be technical, then I didn’t really accomplish this goal. I didn’t drink a gallon of water every day, BUT I did make it an account to at least finish my 80oz water jug. Did I do it every single day? No. I did do it most days though, so I think that it still deserves some recognition. This is just a reminder to celebrate the small victories.
Before I give you guys my goals for October, I want to make a note of how I didn’t accomplish much in September. If you’re a returning reader, then you might notice that I don’t often accomplish a lot of my goals. I almost thought about not discussing my goals and doing monthly updates differently, but why should I? There are people who struggle with accomplishing their goals just as I do, and I hope that I’m able to motivate you to keep going regardless.
Even the most productive people have their days. I’m someone that has always struggled with being motivated and productive. I’m really good with looking like I’m doing a lot, because I really am trying, but I end up not doing too much. It doesn’t matter if it’s something I love. I have the motivation around me, but I just can’t seem to get motivated. So, I’m really starting from the bottom when it comes to how I am mentally with the ability to become motivated and productive. This makes trying to become a full time blogger and entrpreneur even harder, but I’m going to keep going!
Now that that’s been said, here are my goals for October!

♥Gain 15 new subscribers/supporters

Drinking a gallon is a bit difficult since in California they have jugs and im sharing living with my husband’s fam so i can’t just chug all their water lolll
We do have a filter for the sink so i should just do that work and refill our small jug..hmm i might do that today 🤔
You should! Sometimes you have to put in a little extra work to accomplish your goals. Every time I fill up my jug, I have to use a cup. It takes about 5 times before it’s filled to the top. Very tedious, but I have to get it done. I hope you decided to do it!
Best wishes on your October goals!!
Thank you! Same to you for any goals you may have ♥
Glad you’re back! 🙂
Thank you! Glad to be back ♥
Love that you are unashamed of not completing your goals and then reflecting to set more realistic ones. I often make huge to do lists etc and give myself a hard time for not completing all the tasks. But life is too short for that! Xx
Exactly! I learned recently this year myself about not making huge to do lists. I used to have a long list of things to do in the day. I still need to work on it a little bit more, but I’ve really learned to narrow things down to about 3 or 4 tasks. Makes things so much less stressful. Thanks for reading and commenting! ♥
Congrats on gushing those goals!
Drinking a gallon is tough but the bottle I purchased has motivattional words on it and points out when to drink and thay has been helping me (I don’t drink a gallon every day though lol).
My goals:
Increase website traffic
Do a give away
Have guest posts on my blog
Be more social on social media platforms
I need to go on Etsy and get some motivational quotes with the little time markers myself. I’m sure that will be a lot of help. I love your goals! That last one has been one of mines before. I’m still working on that one myself. I’m sure you’ll get each of your goals done for the month! ♥
