Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. If a package is returned to us for any reason, you have 14 days to contact orders@theblackprincessdiaries.com for your item to be reshipped. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Black Princess Diaries is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Black Princess Diaries will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
