Happy motivational Monday! Another motivational Monday means another post to help you guys be as motivated and inspired as possible. As you see by the title, I’m giving you guys some suggestions on some of my favorite self help books! Self help is one of my favorite type of books. I’m not sure when I got into them, but they’re honestly the best to read and I get a lot out of them. So, if you’re looking for some suggestions on some books that can help you and motivate you to be better, then check out these suggestions!

The Financial Diet

The Financial Diet, written by Chelsea Fagan and designed by Lauren Hage, is a step by step guide on how to save, spend, and make your way to the financial life you’re dreaming of.

Sparkle

Sparkle is written by Cara Alwill Leyba, who I consider one of the ultimate boss babes. Being a Master life coach as her profession, she teaches you how to have master your own kick-ass life. Learn what makes you sparkle and create a life that you deserve.

You Are A Badass

I think the title says it all. Jen Sincero makes sure to let you know before even opening the book that you got this and you can make this life yours! You can create a life that you love 100% (yes 100%). You may get called out on your self-sabotaging habits, but that’s ok because it’s needed in order to expand and get to that place!

The Champagne Diet

You read that right, this is the champagne diet. No it’s not necessarily telling you secrets to lose weight just by drinking champagne, but quite the opposite. It tells you how to enjoy that champagne and live life instead of focusing so much on fitting into those jeans! Cara is at it again with an inspiring book that will make you feel empowered and change the way you feel about your weight and yourself.

Those are just a few of the books that I have myself. These are some really good books and if you decide to read any please be sure to let me know how you like them! We all have plenty of time on our hands now so why not try to help ourselves develop right?

How do you feel about self help book? Are they a yay or nay?

  1. One of my goals for May is to read at least two self-help books. So this is perfect for me. I’ll be adding You Are A Badass and The Champagne Diet to my to-read list.
