I hate to sound like a broken record, but time is moving quickly! We may be saying goodbye to June, but today we’re saying hello to July and summer! Last month I mentioned how things were rough for me mentally and I wanted to use June as the month where I slowly make my way back up from a month of being down.
With that being said, keep reading for a recap of the goals I made and if I was successful in accomplishing them!


Work back into my slow morning routine. I didn’t have full success with this goal, in fact, I had more mornings where I lounged around instead of getting up but I did have a few days that were successful. I’m pretty sure I’ve said this before and I will say it again, sometimes you have to celebrate the little victories. They may have been little, but they were still victories!
This was all that I managed to get done this month, which is why I say that the keyword is grace. I have to give myself grace for not accomplishing all of my goals, even with them being simple. I’m still on the path to getting back on track which takes time and patience, but I’ll get there! Now it’s time to share my goals for July!
