When coming into a new month, nothing is more pleasing to me than beginning it on a Monday! Although refreshing to start a new month, I admit that I was a bit mentally checked out in July. I just had no energy to get out of my usual cycle and discipline myself to work on the goals that were made. It wasn’t until we reached the end of the month before I realized that time has passed by.
With that being said, even though I didn’t put too much on myself for July, I know that not much has been accomplished, but let’s still review and see what I may have managed to get done!


Hit 1,550 podcast plays. As of today, I am currently at 1600 plays and I’m beyond grateful! My plays continue to rise, and my level of gratitude rises right with it. Thank you to anyone who continues to listen to my podcast or even just shares when a new episode is out! If you’d like to listen to my podcast, a new episode is out for you to tune in and listen.
That may be the only thing that I was able to accomplish, but I wouldn’t have that if it wasn’t for you all! This month, I would like to actively work on my goals and get my head back in the game, so let’s see what those goals are going to be!

- Update my media kit and email 1 brand
- Do a new photoshoot
- Plan out video content for my shop
Personal
- Begin soft 75
- Continue working on a slow morning routine
- Check-in and become more connected with myself
As I said, I really want to get my head back in the game as much as possible and intentionally work on these goals, so here’s to an intentional August!
