You guys know that I love a good cup of coffee. It brings me all the aesthetic vibes and makes me feel like I have my life together in one sip! But, I wouldn’t be able to make a coffee run if I was sick with the flu.

Spring is right around the corner and it’s important to get your flu shot so you’re healthy and able to enjoy activities like hanging out with friends, creating spring content, or grabbing a coffee!

As a black woman(a darkskinned one at that), I'm not always accepted.

As a fat woman, I'm not always accepted.

As someone who's shy/quiet and minds my business, I wasn't always accepted and was bullied in school.

I even constantly beat myself up with my own words.

With all of these factors, practicing self love is vital and I have a while to go to get there, but I've taken little steps throughout the years 💕.
