Merry Christmas!
I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas today and is enjoying it with your loved ones. So, I have good news and bad news. The good news is that today is Christmas! The bad news is that it’s also the last day of blogmas. Another blogmas has been completed and I appreciate you all for sticking with me and enjoying all twenty-five days of Christmas content!
With it being Christmas, it’s only right to end blogmas with a Christmas tag! Now, I’ve done plenty of Christmas tags, seeing that I’ve done blogmas for many years. I didn’t want to repeat another tag, so I Googled and AI came in clutch with a few question options. So, this isn’t any particular tag but you are welcome to answer the questions yourself if you’d like!
- What is your favorite Christmas tradition? I have two traditions—one from when I was a child and one that I started a few years ago. When I was a child, my mother and I always had Christmas cookies ready for Santa, and we would sing Christmas carols around the tree. Now, I started a new tradition where we make gingerbread houses every Christmas Eve and play Christmas music. We even like to make it a competition to see who has the best-looking house!
- What is your favorite holiday snack? I’m not sure what my favorite snack is, but I know there cannot be a Christmas without having a Little Debbie Christmas tree cake!
- What is your earliest Christmas memory? My earliest Christmas memory is when I went to bed one Christmas Eve and my mom woke me up around 5 or 6AM telling me that Santa had come. The tree was filled with presents! I remember that night I received a red toy Barbie convertible. I’m not sure why I remember that specific moment, but for some reason, it never left my memory.
- Do you wrap your presents or put them in gift bags? I am a gift bag girl through and through! I just can’t get myself to struggle and take the time to wrap gifts, however, I do know how to pick out a cute bag!
- What do you most appreciate about the Christmas season? I appreciate the beauty of the season. It hurts my heart when people say they can’t wait until Christmas is over because of the financial aspect. I wish we looked more at how beautiful the season is.
- Do you like Thanksgiving or Christmas better? Christmas, duuuhh!
- What is the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received? As a child, probably the Barbie dreamhouse I received one Christmas. As an adult, I would say just being able to see my mom for Christmas and the joy of being able to gift the people in my life.
- What is the weirdest Christmas gift you’ve ever received? I’m not sure about this one. As far as I remember, I haven’t received a gift too weird or strange.
