I love Christmas music and there’s no way I can start the season without playing one of my favorite songs “All I Want For Christmas Is You”. It’s so fun every year looking forward to all the new Christmas music and albums musicians create for the season.
With so many different music genres, the number of albums is endless! I decided to share a few of my personal favorite Christmas albums below for my readers to check out. Maybe you’ll spot one of your favorites on the list!
A Tori Kelly Christmas by Tori Kelly
This album went platinum in my household! I can still play this album from start to finish with no skips and that’s hard these days for albums. Tori is an amazing singer so it was no question that her Christmas album would be anything short of amazing. This album is forever added to my list every Christmas.
A Legendary Christmas by John Legend
John Legend definitely makes Christmas legendary with this album. His voice is so smooth that it fits perfectly when singing the Christmas classics we all know and love!
Christmas Songs And Classics by New York Jazz Trio
This one is a favorite to play when I want a nice instrumental playlist. Sometimes you prefer a smooth jazz Christmas vibe and this one hits the spot! I love having this album play in the background while I sit in front of the Christmas tree drinking eggnog or a hot festive drink.
We Wish You The Merriest by Seth MacFarlane and Liz Gillies
Another album that I play from start to finish, this album puts me into the Christmas spirit without hesitation! These two sound so good together and the way they sing these Christmas classics is chef’s kiss! I could play this album over and over during the holiday season.
Christmas Album by The Jackson 5
I had to bring it back with The Jackson 5! Christmas is just not Christmas if you’re not playing this album in your home. This is an album the entire family enjoys!
Merry Christmas by Mariah Carey
And of course, I can’t forget the queen of Christmas! A classic for the season, this album gets played every year. I think you can take a guess which song gets the most play on the album as well!
There are so many good Christmas albums out there, but these are just a few that I have in rotation during the holiday season. I can’t wait to see how much my favorites list grows as the years go on and more albums are made.
What’s your favorite Christmas album? Should I do a part two? Let’s chat in the comments!
My husband has been playing Christmas music since Nov 1st lol. He’s really been into the Leslie Odom Jr album, to the point where now our 5yo wants me to play it as her “night time music” lol
Me and him are the same when it comes to that lol. I haven’t heard that album, but I need to give it a listen if it’s that good!
