Happy May!
The sun is shining, the days are longer, the flowers are blooming, and the goals are being accomplished! As always, a new month means new goals, and the beautiful scenery is perfect as motivation to get things done. It also shows the beauty of growth and allowing yourself to bloom as you’re working on becoming the person you’d like to be.
With that said, before moving into May officially, let’s look back at April and how things went for the month.

Reach 14.7k podcast downloads. We did it! The goal was not only reached, but I reached 15k downloads in April! I’m so proud of myself for sticking with being consistent on my podcast so far, and grateful for all of my listeners!
Try to have fewer spending days. One thing I want to work on is spending less money in a month. I spend money at least ONCE a day, even on something small like an item from a vending machine. I’m trying to work on saving money, and to do that, I need to have fewer spending days. I didn’t do as good as I hoped for April, but I did manage to have a few non-spending days. Everyone starts somewhere, so I hope to have more successful months in the future!
This month has not been the best overall. Not only have I not been consistent on my blog, but I haven’t done the best with my goals. I’ve managed to acknowledge that it’s okay to try again with the same goals. So, let’s try this again with my May goals!
Blog/Business
- Reach 15.5k downloads
- Create a content schedule
- Become interactive on all Instagram accounts
Personal
- Try to have less spending days
- Figure out a meal plan
- Practice intentional prayer at least 1-2x per day
No matter how the previous month went, a new month gives another opportunity to start fresh. I’m ready for whatever May has ahead and I’m hoping for a successful month!
What are your goals for May? Let’s help each other succeed!
