2023 has been a year! As with many of us, I had a plan to come into 2023 to grow and become better. Unfortunately, 2023 became a year of setbacks for me. It’s disheartening to look back at all the goals made and to only check off a few as accomplished.
With that said, I’m still proud of what I did manage to accomplish! No matter how things worked out, you still have to congratulate yourself.
Now, let’s look at the goals I did accomplish in 2023!

Reach 5k podcast plays. If you listen to my podcast, then you know that I was ready to accept this goal not being accomplished. My numbers suddenly skyrocketed out of nowhere and I’m so grateful for it! Not only did I meet my goal, but I surpassed my goal by 1,000 plays! This spike in success has me ready for an even greater season next year!
Post more on podcast Instagram. I still haven’t curated my podcast Instagram as planned, but I began posting more on it. I will continue to work on it and even begin making number goals to grow my following!
Make a comeback to blog Instagram. Like my podcast Instagram, I didn’t make the comeback I planned to make on my blog Instagram, but I’m trying! I did start posting again and that’s a start!
Improve my DA score. Growing your DA score takes a while, but I did grow it by one point! Next year I hope to grow it by at least two points or more.
Exercise at least 3x/week. I’m proud of myself for starting this! I haven’t always been the most consistent, but I did well when I started!
I really wish that I accomplished more this year, but the year has been rough! I had many plans for myself and those plans failed, but I will keep my head up for the year ahead.
Now let’s look at the goals I have for 2024!
